Terms and Conditions // For You and Allied All City Plumbing

  1. Allied All City Plumbing does Restorations, Repairs, and New Installations. From Kitchens and Bathrooms to Sewer and Water Line Repairs to Installations. We’re Quick & Fast!

  2. We are a Plumbing Company, and for example when called in for Burst pipes and/or Frozen pipes, restoration (Fixing Pipes) may require a sheetrock wall or ceiling, to be opened to get to that leaking pipe. It may also be behind a bathtub or other area with tile on the wall.

  3. When you do have a Frozen pipe, it weakens the piping and may have expanded to a point where the pipe cracked or separated already. By Un-Freezing/Thawing the pipe, we will then find if that did happen. We cannot see behind walls and ceilings, so water damage may occur. Allied All City is Not Responsible for water coming out of a pipe that was frozen and/or compromised in anyway.

  4. Here at Allied All City, we only open the smallest amounts of the wall, ceiling or floor to get the job done properly.

We are a plumbing company, and do not do sheetrock, flooring or tiling repairs.

  1. Allied All City will not be responsible for RE-Freezing of thawed piping. There is No Guarantee that it will not freeze again. It originally froze do to not having enough insulation.

  2. Pipe Thawing of frozen piping may cause frozen or burst piping to leak and damage walls, ceilings and floors. When a water pipe is exposed to temperatures below freezing, they may expand and burst, but because they are still frozen they will not leak until the thawing process starts. Allied All City will need to access the burst piping to make repairs to the piping so heating and/or domestic water piping can be restored. This work may include us to removing cabinets, plumbing fixtures, and cutting open walls, ceilings, and floors to reach these areas.
    Allied All City will not be responsible for any restoration of, or any property damage caused by frozen, burst, or thawed piping that damages any part or contents of the property we are providing service too.

  3. An owner can let the water drip to keep the water moving so it will not freeze again, and/or put the heat up real high in the house during cold spells.
